An experienced project and business leader with strength in team building, communication and delivering results on time and budget. With a business background, Ryan uses formal project framework combined with sound business knowhow to ensure projects are executed to deliver the best ROI possible.
Ryan’s project experience ranges from IT software rollouts, Business Process Improvement, Construction and Utilities. The size and scope of these projects range from small transformer projects in the utility environment, to departmental operational process reviews, to large scale software rollouts across a retail chain of over 50 outlets. Some projects where designed to capture growth, some to save operating costs and some end of useful life replacements.
Regardless of the type or size of project, Ryan thoroughly believes the strength in execution depends on the makeup of the project team. His philosophy is: build the right team with the right mix of knowledge, technical experience, action and attitude and you have the foundation for project success.
